The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) has partnered with Crime Stoppers WA to combat illegal dumping of construction and demolition waste and asbestos.
This partnership makes it easier for the community to report illegal dumping, all they need to do is search Crime Stoppers WA online or phone 1800 333 000. Their illegal dumping report will then be referred to DWER investigators.
Local Governments, and other landholders, continue to see illegal dumping and this is another way the community can help. Local Governments are encouraged to promote this option to their communities.
