Terms and Conditions
  • Cancellations received within five (5) working days of the start of the course will incur a 20% administration fee of the full course cost
  • Non-attendance or cancellations received within two (2) working days of the start of the course will incur the full course fee
  • Participants can only transfer course dates once without incurring the full fee
  • Substitutions can be made at any time and no fee will be incurred
  • It is a condition of your enrolment that WALGA may disclose details of your attendance to your Local Government. If a representative has booked you on the course, the Local Government warrants that it has obtained your consent to disclose your personal information to WALGA.
It is the responsibility of the Local Government to ensure that Students who have been provided with IT hardware and software have the necessary basic skills to use the equipment provided to them, prior to enrolling into any WALGA Training online learning. This includes, but not limited to, eLearning, webinars, virtual classrooms and online assessments. WALGA Training cannot accept responsibility for Students that are unable to navigate web browsers or use software provided to them by the Local Government. Students that contact WALGA Training requesting this type of support will be referred back to the Local Government for training.
